This Privacy Policy explains how FixNik OS handles personal information when you visit fixnikos.com, use the FixNik OS service, or contact us.

Information we collect

We collect account and business information you provide, such as names, email addresses, business details, and contact preferences. We also process customer, job, quote, invoice, time, staff, and communication information that you or your authorised users enter into FixNik OS.

Website enquiries and leads

When a visitor submits an enquiry through a website managed with FixNik OS, we process the information in that enquiry for the relevant FixNik OS customer. That customer is responsible for its own relationship with the visitor and its handling of the visitor's information.

Payments, email and service providers

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. FixNik OS does not store full payment card details. We use Resend to deliver service email and may use hosting, infrastructure, analytics, security, and support providers to operate and improve the service. Those providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

Technical information, analytics and cookies

We may collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and diagnostic logs. We use cookies and similar technologies where needed for authentication, security, preferences, and aggregate analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although some service functions may not work without essential cookies.

How we use information

We use information to provide, secure, support, maintain, personalise, and improve FixNik OS; process subscriptions; communicate about the service; prevent abuse; and meet legal obligations.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and operational requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
