FixNik OS / Reference
FixNik OS Security and Trust
FixNik OS is designed as a tenant-scoped SaaS workspace. Access to business records and provider actions is governed by workspace permissions and configured connections; payment-provider data and FixNik OS subscription billing are separate boundaries.
Public trust boundaries
- Tenant access: customer and operational records are accessed in the context of the authorised workspace and user permissions.
- Provider connections: accounting, payments, messaging, maps, reviews and AI actions require the appropriate provider setup and authorisation.
- Payments: customer payment processing is handled through a separately configured payment provider; FixNik OS subscription billing is a separate system.
- Data handling: the Privacy Policy explains the categories of information and service providers used by the public product.
- Limit of this page: FixNik OS does not claim SOC 2, ISO 27001 or HIPAA certification here.
